We understand the tight timelines that the residential industry requires. Developers want to get houses built and properties sold, but none of this can happen until the site is prepared. Over the years, Bemas has developed a track record of successful overlot grading, over-excavation, and truck hauling in the residential sector.

Overlot Grading
We perform overlot grading for markets ranging from residential and industrial to commercial, municipal, and transportation. By meeting the specified grades calculated by engineers, overlot grading is critical in ensuring that sites drain properly and that we install utilities at the right elevations.
Over Excavation
Over Excavation is the removal and reprocessing of unsuitable soils to match the specifications set in place by geotechnical engineers. It is an important process that is also used to reduce swelling potential and remove fragile materials that lay underneath structures.
Truck Hauling
Once we complete the site, we help our clients by balancing the grading on their site. In some cases, we import materials from off-site sources to fill in the gaps left after rough grading. Other times, we remove excess material to meet your site’s required grade.
