Anthem Residential Development

Overview

NASH Development contracted Bemas for the Anthem development in Broomfield, CO. Starting in April 2016, we performed residential overlot grading, overexcavation, and dewatering for a new subdivision.

 

Challenges

With a high groundwater level on-site, muck excavation and dewatering were a must in certain areas. This included approximately 30,000 cubic yards of much excavation and associated dewatering for a new pond and drainageway on-site. 

 

The Final Result

After 6 months of earthwork, we finished the Anthem project in November 2016. The project included over 1.7 million cubic yards of excavation and resulted in a very satisfied client.
