303-662-1877Melcor selected Bemas to perform overlot grading and overexcavation on two separate projects in Aurora, CO. We completed the first project between October 2017 and April 2018, while the second took place between June 2019 and November 2019.
Significant shrinkage of the existing material on site required Bemas to borrow additional material from a future filing. This allowed Bemas to balance the grading on the site without having to import material from an off-site location.
After two separate projects taking a total of 11 months to complete and over 1.1 million cubic yards of overlot grading and overexcavation, Melcor was more than happy with the final results of the project.
