303-662-1877In January 2020, Brinkmann Constructors selected Bemas for the Stafford Commercial project in Aurora, CO. The project required Bemas to perform over 1.5 million cubic yards of overlot grading and building overexcavation. Additionally, Bemas provided structural excavation and backfill, subgrade prep and fine grading, parking lot prep, and final grading for all of the new concrete work.
With an aggressive schedule tailored to meet the property owner’s needs, Bemas is rising to the occasion to complete all aspects of construction on schedule. To meet the rigid schedule, Bemas brought in 20 scrapers to increase production and keep the project on track.
Although the project is still ongoing, Bemas has already exceeded expectations by delivering the grading portion of the project ahead of schedule and looks forward to completing the project soon.
